First, drink green tea. Before eating sushi, pick fish on rice with chopsticks and soak it in soy sauce. The point is to put the fish in soy sauce on top of the rice and eat it with the rice.

There are various types of seafood in sushi. Perhaps there are some foods you can't eat. In that case, when ordering the staff, say, for example, without shrimp and they'll be happy to help.

Beneficial Vinegar Rice

Sushi is vinegar rice. You can eat carbohydrates from rice. Carbohydrates are the prosperous elements that are needed to move your body, turning it into energy for your brain and body. It is said that vinegar has various effects such as anti-aging. In addition to rice, you can get protein and fat from sushi fish. Protein is necessary to make the body such as skin, hair, blood and cells, and lipid is a nutrient that carries vitamins and protects the organs of the body.

Points to Consider Carefully

Large fish such as tuna contain mercury, so it is better to avoid large amounts, especially for pregnant women and small infants. Also, keep in mind that sushi is low in vegetables for a healthy diet. Other than sushi, a vegetable-rich meal is also important. Alternatively, it may be a good idea to order a side dish such as Tsukimi Tororo (freshly picked yam, egg, sauce) at the sushi restaurant.

Recommended Sushi Bar in Tokyo

For sushi, I recommend that you use a clean restaurant. In particular, I recommend "Hirakawa". There you can enjoy reasonably priced and high quality sushi. Hirakawa is located on the first basement floor of Hotel Le Port Kojimachi. Please note that weekends and holidays are closed. Lunch time is the best. Many customers come alone because they can eat at the counter seats.
